On 31st Dec’2020 Flash support was officially discontinued. Some web browsers have already stopped Flash playback and organizations and institutions are tackling the task of ensuring that legacy courseware continues to work seamlessly on current browsers.

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) is arguably still the most popular methods of educating today. I can help in creating the training material and learning aids required for instructors and students in the classroom.

The material can consist of:

Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)

Virtual Instructor-Led Training is a type of web-based training (WBT) that lets learners communicate with an instructor during live lectures. Converting the client’s Instructor-Led Training (ILT) to digital assets can ensure users have a continuous learning experience regardless of the circumstances.

Due to Covid-19 and the ongoing necessity of social distancing, VILT is on the rise and I can assist in adapting/converting legacy ILT courses to VILT mode, without compromising the overall effectiveness.

Animation and sound add a fresh, relaxing and entertaining dimension to eLearning. Unlike traditional videos, which are essentially a monologue, interactive videos transform the complete scenario, resulting in improved learning experience and high retention. They are useful in:

The millennial generation is often euphemistically described ‘constantly distracted’ and it is fast entering into the workforce, with novel expectations.

Microlearning is more than just content chunking. It is just-in-time, easily accessible, and relevant. Microlearning modules are small pieces of focused “right-sized” content that help learners accomplish a specific learning outcome.

Not just that, clients can combine Microlearning with other proven approaches like Mobile and Video-based learning to achieve better outcomes.

I can help in microlearning by designing short 2-5-minute animations, infographics, AI chatbots, etc. to support the client’s learning strategy.
