Mission, Vision & Objective
My Objective is to add value to the Pakistani NGO sector for profitability, efficiency, accountability, and sustainability, by developing human resource, organisational methods, and leadership through a portfolio of services, methods, and tools to help them achieve operational excellence and make the most of their resources and uplift the communities they serve.
Non-governmental and development organisations are constantly confronted with internal and external change factors that may require revamped organizational structure, culture and conduct or standard practices. My Strategic Change Management methodology clearly communicates these positive measures to drive the speed of change and implement the changes required.
CSR is not charity – it is private social investment. A socially responsible corporation is one that runs a profitable business that takes account of all the positive and negative environmental, social and economic effects. I am convinced that economic interests can be combined with sustainability goals; find ways of scaling up good projects to have a broader impact and engage more actively in partnerships with government and NGOs.
